Data Collection and Use

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations, Miross d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Miross) collects certain data about the users of its website. Miross is trying to restrict the data collection to basic and necessary data to improve user experience and present its services in conformity with user needs. In compliance with our Mission and Information Security and Business Policies , mi Miross does not release user data to a third party. Exceptionally, personal data may be released in cases provided by law, based on a court order.

Information collected is used to improve the Miross website content and overall user experience. Some of the data collected include personal data that may lead to the identification of a user.

Miross collects IP addresses of its users, storing them in a database. The IP address does not lead to the identification of a user, but only approximates the location of the user at the level of a state/region. Miross collects and stores information on the manner in which the Miross website has been used through external services.

Miross also collects and stores a user’s name and surname, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and other personal data the user provides voluntarily and with a consent, in order to make contact, register on the website, join a notification system, etc., with a view to achieving personal experience during the use of the Miross online application and relevant services, as well as two-way communication.

Data Collection Method

The Miross website uses so-called "cookies" to collect user data (IP address, approximate location and the like), as well as information about the manner in which the online presentation is used via external services. The data collected in this way are used to analyse website traffic with a view to improving content and overall user experience.

Other data, including name, surname, email address and the like, are collected via special forms provided within the online presentation. A user may provide his/her personal data only voluntarily, and the data gathered in this manner will be used exclusively for the purpose they have been collected for.

GDPR Compliance

To all the users who are voluntarily storing their personal data in the Miross website database, the company allows access to their personal data at request, as well as the right to erasure (unless laws and regulations request that they be kept, i.e. data necessary to issue a receipt, and the like).

Use of Cookies

The use of cookies, alongside statistical analysis and processing of collected data, provide information that makes it possible to develop the content of the Miross online presentation.
