The quality policy of the travel agency Miross is based on the pursuit of improving market-oriented operations, with the aim of meeting the requirements, needs, and expectations of customers/users of travel services from the agency’s service offering, thanks to which it has become one of the leaders in quality management within the travel agency industry.

We place our many years of professional experience at the disposal of our clients, with a constant effort to deliver every service fully in line with expectations, in terms of the quality of the agreed service.

We achieve our objectives in the field of quality management through:

Information Security Policy

Customer requirements, including their personal data, are the focus of protection in terms of information security, and are interpreted and presented as part of contractual obligations and regulatory documents.

Management proactively and regularly assesses and manages security risks arising during operations that relate to information resources.

Through our Information Security Policy, we guarantee the following to all interested parties:

  • Information is protected from unauthorized access.
  • Confidentiality of information is maintained.
  • Information will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, whether through accidental or intentional activities.
  • The integrity of information is preserved through protection against unauthorized modification.
  • Authorized persons are able to access and modify information when necessary.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements is ensured.
  • Support for the Information Security Policy through continuous business plans that will be defined, maintained, and tested in ongoing practical work.
  • Training is conducted across all organizational units.
  • All breaches of secure information handling will be documented and investigated.

Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

The company Miross, Belgrade, respects the principles of corporate social responsibility and conducts its business in accordance with the following principles:

  • We are committed to respecting declarations, policies, and international and local legislation related to the protection of human rights.
  • We have fully aligned our operations with legal requirements concerning employee rights across all organizational units.
  • Business relations among all employees within the company are based on mutual respect and adherence to the Code of Ethics.
  • During the growth and development of the Miross company, a significant impact on the sustainable development of the local community and its members—namely our employees, their friends, families, and environment—has been recognized.
  • We promote and support the use of local knowledge bases, experience, and best practices in business.
  • In the implementation of international projects, we always insist on promoting socially responsible business in cooperation with business partners, associates, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • During project planning and implementation, we always consult and take into account the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders from the local community.
  • We support and use new technologies and solutions in our business that positively impact the environment and minimize negative effects.

Anti-Bribery Policy

The top management of Miross establishes the Anti-Bribery Policy as a document aimed at achieving objectives in the fight against bribery and corruption at all levels and in all organizational units of Miross d.o.o.

The principles of the anti-bribery policy are:

  • Conducting business honestly, fairly, and transparently toward all stakeholders.
  • Bribery is neither offered nor accepted, directly or indirectly, in order to gain a business advantage.
  • Bribery is neither offered nor accepted, directly or indirectly, in order to grant a business advantage.

In order to achieve the above, the Anti-Bribery Policy:

  1. Prohibits bribery and expresses Miross’s zero tolerance toward bribery of any kind and in any form.
    1. Gifts and hospitality – permitted up to 5% of the average salary at the level of the Republic of Serbia and must not represent a substitute for a potential service or benefit, must not be contrary to the law, must not include cash or cash equivalents, must be appropriate to the situation, and must not be given secretly.
    2. Political donations – Miross does not participate in financial or non-financial donations to political parties and/or politically engaged individuals.
    3. Charitable donations – permitted exclusively to organizations, not individuals, provided they are not considered bribery aimed at gaining a business advantage.
    4. Sponsorships – Miross may engage in sponsoring certain events solely for the purpose of support or company promotion, whereby sponsorship must not serve as a cover for bribery.
    5. Conflict of interest – placing personal interests and/or relationships ahead of business interests is not permitted, as it may lead to dishonest and non-transparent activities.
  2. Expresses Miross’s obligation to comply with the Criminal Code governing bribery.
  3. Provides a framework for setting, reviewing, and achieving anti-bribery objectives that are included in the company’s business goals.
  4. Includes a commitment to continuous improvement of the anti-bribery management system.
  5. Defines the anti-bribery compliance function in accordance with the adopted Code of Ethics for employee conduct.
  6. Any new or existing transactions, projects, activities, or relationships found not to be in compliance with this Policy will be postponed, terminated, completed, suspended, rejected, or withdrawn from by Miross as soon as possible.

Upon employment, staff are required to comply with policies and procedures related to the anti-bribery management system and to apply the anti-bribery policy.

The disciplinary measure for non-compliance with this Policy is termination of employment, along with the obligation of the staff member to compensate for any damage such actions may have caused to Miross.

All personnel within the organization, as well as business partners, are required to adhere to this Policy.

For the purpose of business transparency, this Policy has been communicated appropriately within Miross and to business partners who represent a higher-than-low bribery risk, and is available to relevant stakeholders on the Miross website.

Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection Policy

Taking into account the fact that we work on highly demanding international projects, we place great importance on respecting, adopting, and monitoring compliance of our operations with legal regulations, international standards, and best practice recommendations in the fields of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and information security.

We conduct our business in accordance with the following principles:

  • Ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees, associates, and business partners.
  • Continuous training of employees and business partners on occupational health and safety, minimizing environmental impact, and protecting business information.
  • Striving to conduct business processes with zero incidents and accidents.
  • Compliance with all legal requirements related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and information security.
  • Actively promoting the development, implementation, and use of new technologies aimed at reducing and minimizing our environmental impact and contributing to more efficient use of all resources.
  • Implementation and support of environmental projects.
  • Promotion of international projects focused on environmental protection, new environmental technologies, and renewable energy sources.
  • Continuous monitoring of new versions and requirements of standards related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection, and incorporating these requirements into project implementation and the integrated management system.

Occupational Health and Safety and Fire Protection Policy

At Miross, with more than 30 years of experience in organizing and delivering all types of events— congresses, conferences, seminars, celebrations, and corporate gatherings—we are committed to ensuring the highest level of occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection (FP) for all employees, associates, partners, clients, and event participants.

Our policy is based on the following principles:

  • Prevention first – we actively identify all potential hazards and risks to the health and safety of employees, external associates, and event participants, with the aim of eliminating or reducing them to an acceptable level.
  • Compliance with laws and standards – we comply with all legal and other obligations related to OHS and FP, including relevant regulations of the Republic of Serbia and international standards (ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Fire Protection Act, etc.).
  • Ensuring safe conditions at all event locations – every event, regardless of size or location, is organized with a prior risk assessment, fire protection plan, and verification of safety infrastructure (evacuation routes, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, equipment safety).
  • Communication and consultation with all stakeholders – associates, clients, partners, and subcontractors are informed about all relevant OHS/FP measures related to their roles and responsibilities during events.
  • Continuous training and competence development – all employees and engaged associates undergo regular training and qualification in the fields of OHS and FP, in accordance with assessed risks and job requirements.
  • Rapid and effective response to emergency situations – we have an organized response system in the event of incidents or fires, including evacuation plans, trained responsible persons, communication procedures, and regular inspections of technical protection equipment.
  • Continuous improvement of the OHS and FP system – we regularly conduct internal and external audits of our safety management system, analyze injuries and incidents (including near-miss situations), and take corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement.
